交通條件

　　內河航運：嘉興港區後方河網密布，內河航運相當發達，與嘉興港直接相連的乍嘉蘇線和六平申線等內河航道溝通了京杭大運河、錢塘江、黃浦江和長江的水上運輸，構成嘉興港四通八達的海、河聯通網。

　　公路：嘉興港區居上海、杭州中間，周邊已形成高速公路網，以港區為起點的乍嘉蘇高速公路欲滬杭高速公路貫通。規劃建設的滬嘉輕軌可以直達上海虹橋和浦東國際機場，東西向穿越港區的杭浦高速與上海A4高速相連。

　　鐵路：現有的鐵路嘉興站距嘉興港為40公里，轉為嘉興建設了鐵水轉机站。上海金山石化—乍浦—嘉興—滬洲的鐵路即將啟動建設。

　　空港：距上海虹橋機場80公里、上海浦東機場95公里、杭州蕭山國際機場110公里。

　　跨海大橋：緊靠嘉興港區、長度世界第一的杭州灣跨海大橋，全長36公里，為全封閉6車道公路橋，將於2008年建成，屆時嘉興港區將真正成為上海、杭州、蘇州、寧波四大城市的交通樞紐。

COMMUNICATION CONDITION

 INLAND RIVER: In the rear of Zhapu Port, the waterway networks is well developed. Zhajiasu Channel and Liupingshen Channel connected to Zhapu Port ,link up to Great Beijing-Hangzhou Channel ,Qiantang River, Huangpu River and Yangtze River, which makes up the best condition for the collection and distribution of the port transportation.

MOTOR WAY : Expressway network has come into being around Jiaxing Port & Development Zone .Zhapu-Jiaxing-Suzhou Expressway,starting from the zone ,is connected to Shanghai-Hangzhou Expressway.Shanghai-Jiaxing Light way under planning can reach Shanghai Hongqiao Airport and Pudong Airport directly. Hangzhou-Pudong Expressway, passing through the zone from east to west ,is connected to Shanghai A4 Expressway .

RAILWAY: Jiaxing Railway Station is 40kms away from Zhapu Port with a special railway-waterway transfer station for Zhapu Port .Shanghai Jinshan Petrochemical-Zhapu-Jiaxing-Huzhou Railway is under planning now.

AIRPORT: It is 80kms away from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport, 95kms away from Shanghai Pudong International Airport and 110kms away from Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport.

浙江嘉興出口加工區（國家級）：
 
　　2003年3月10日，浙江嘉興出口加工區經國務院批准成立，規劃面積2.98平方公里。出口加工區以機電、電子精密儀器儀錶等為産業主導。浙江嘉興出口區實行24小時通關服務，區內企業不僅享有海關提供的簡單、快捷的通關便利，還享有特有的境內關外優惠政策。

浙江乍浦經濟開發區（省級）：

　　浙江乍浦經濟開發區市1993年經浙江省人民政府批准設立的省級開發區，規劃面積21.8平方公里。現已形成多個特色産業園區。

浙江乍浦石油化學工業園區：

　　① 石油化學工業：浙江乍浦石油化學工業園區一期規劃面積4平方公里，2002年經浙江省經貿委批准設立。園區重點發展石油化工、精細化工産品、功能材料及深加工、工程塑膠特産業。目前已有荷蘭皇家殼牌、日本敵人化成、慶安化工、新加坡美福、嘉化實業等一批國內外著名企業落戶園區。

　　② 機電工業：機電工業園區東鄰浙江嘉興出口工業園區，南臨滬杭快速通道，地理位置優越。規劃面積3.6平方公里，主要發展光機電、機械設備、汽車零配件等産業，與出口加工區形成配套，互為依託。

　　③ 港口物流園：嘉興港區依託便利的交通、優越的港口條件，重點發展保稅倉儲、多是聯運、國際轉口、分撥配送等為重點的現代物流業，成為環杭州灣地區連接上海的重要物流結點。

嘉興（乍浦）港：

　　嘉興港位於杭州灣北岸，擁有中國最好的港口岸線資源，是浙北杭嘉湖地區的唯一齣海口和海上對外貿易通道，港口通江達海，腹地廣闊，集疏運條件便利，進港航道穩定，終年不凍不淤，全年作業天數300天以上。已經建成的集裝箱、散雜貨、液體化工、石油等各類碼頭萬噸級泊位12個，在建的6個，可以為企業的原料及産品的進出口提供經濟、便捷的港口服務。嘉興港是上海國際航運中心的一個組成部分，也是經過物院批准的國家一類開放口岸。按照港口的總體法乍規劃，到2010年，嘉興方將建設成為客貨運兼備、內外貿結合、綜合性、多功能、吞吐能力達3000萬噸的現代化大型港口。

ZHEJIANG JIAXING EXPORT PROCESSING ZONE (NATIONAL GRADE)

On march 10th ,2003, Jiaxing EPZ was ratified by the State Council with 2.98 square kilometers. Taking electromechanics, electron and accurate instrument and meter etc. as the industry leadership, Jiaxing EPZ has passed the examination of nine ministries and commission of the country and gone into operation formally with customs.Zhejiang Jiaxing EPZ offers round-the-clock service. Enerpreses in the zone enjoy not only simple and swift customer convenience , but also the special preferential policies.

ZHEJIANG ZHAPU ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT ZONE(PROVINCIAL GRADE )

Zhejiang Zhapu EDZ is a provincial economic development zone ratified by Zhejiang People’s Government in 1993 with an area of 21.8 square kilometers. Now several industry parks with different characteristics.

(1) PETROCHEMICAL PARK Zhejiang Petrochemical Park was ratified by Zhejiang Economy & Trade Committee with the area of phase 10 square kilometers. The park focuses on petrochemical , fine chemical ,functional material ,further processing and functional plastics,etc. Up to now, Royal Dutch/Shell. Teijin Kaisei of Japan, Meilu of Singapore, Qingan Chemical, Daqing Group, Jiaxing Chemical Corporation etc. have settled in the zone.

(2) ELECTROMECHANICAL INDUSTRY PARK The Electromechanical Industry Park has the superior location. South to it is Shanghai-Hangzhou Freeway and east to it is Zhejiang Jiaxing EPZ. Industry lines like photoelectric, electro mechanics, equipment, auto spare parts etc are mainly developed in the 3.6square-km area, which are supplementary lines for Jiaxing Export Processing Zone.

(3) LOGISTIC CENTER OF THE PORT  Relying on the convenient communication and superior port condition , Jiaxing Port & Development Zone will become a base linking up to Shanghai in the “Hangzhou Bay Ring Area”with focusing on modern logistic industry such as tax-free warehouse ,multi joint transportation ,international transit ,distributions etc.

JIAXING(ZHAPU) PORT 

Jiaxing Port & Development Zone , lying on the northern bank of Hangzhou Bay ,has the best coastiline resource of South-east China. Jiaxing Port is the only exit to sea and foreign trade passageway in Hangzhou-Jiaxing-Huzhou Plain .With wide hinterland and linking up to river and sea, Zhapu port has the convenience of collections and distributions. Through the year the workday is more than 300days with the steady channel .not frozen perennially. Twelve 10thousand-ton berths of container, bulk cargo. Liquid chemical, petrochemical have been established and 6 berths are under construction now .which can provide convenient but cheap services for importation and exportation of the materials and products of enterprises.

Jiaxing Port is a member of Shanghai International Shipping Center and also the first –class opening port ratified by State Council .According to the general planning .it will e developed into a modern, multifunctional .comprehensive port with domestic & foreign trade and transportation of passenger and cargo with 30million-ton annual handing capacity in 2010.

With the pace of the construction of Shanghai International Shipping Center and pivot container harbor, Jiaxing port is making full use of position advantage of boarding Shanghai to cooperate with Shanghai Harbor. 　　供電：區內典禮由浙江店網提供，電力供應可靠安全。區內現有220KV變電所1座、35KV變電所2座，另將於2005年建成110KV變電所2座。區內建有裝機容量為300萬千瓦的嘉興發電廠。

　　供水：區內實行生活用水工業用水分質供水，現有生活用核工業用水廠各一座，工業用匯供應能力為10萬噸/日，一期規模5萬噸/日，生活用水供應能力為5萬噸/日，一期規模2.5萬噸/日。

　　通訊：嘉興港區擁有C3本地網路、移動通訊網和寬頻網際網路，通訊網路發達。

　　供汽：配套建設的興港熱電廠可為區內企業供蒸汽300噸/小時。

　　排污：區內企業污水包括生活污水經處理後深海排放。嘉興污水處理廠一期設計規模為30萬噸/日，二期將達到55萬噸/日。

POWER SUPPLY: The zone is supplied enough power by East China Power Net .Now there is one 220KV transformer substation and a 35KV one and another 220KV substation will be built .Jiaxing Power Plant of 3million is also in the zone .

WATER SUPPlY: There  is surface water plant with industrial water daily 50htousand ton daily supplying ability ,which will be 10thousand ton after enlarged .There is a ground water plant with domestic water daily 10thousand ton supplying ability .

TELECOMMUNICATION: Jiaxing Port & Development Zone has C3 local net .mobile net and broadband Internet and telephone capacity of 50000,which can connect Zhapu to more than 180 countries and districts .

STEAM SUPPLY: Xinggang Heart & Power Plant can supply 300ton/h.

WASTEWATER DISPOSITION: The enterprise wastewater including domestic wastewater up to National Grade Ⅲ can be discharged to the public wastewater disposition net .After pressurized to Jiaxing  Wastewater Treatment Center ,the wastewater goes into the deep sea .the designed scale of Phase Ⅰ is 300thousand ton/day .and the total will be 550thousand ton/day when it is Phase Ⅱ.

Since Jiaxing Port & Development Zone is close to Shagnhai and Hangzhou, it can enjoy the advantage of talents ,information , financial service and market radiation. But for investment cost including land, building and labor is much below the above cities , which bring more comparative advantage to the enterprises.

PRICE: The land price is defined according to project type, location and investment per unit. As for the industrial land, the projects will enjoy some preferential policies on the basis of cost price.
