　　UT斯達康是專門從事現代通信領域前沿技術及産品研究、開發、生産及銷售的國際化高科技通信公司。總部位於美國矽谷，共有九個研發中心分佈在美國、中國和印度，業務範圍遍佈全球。産品包括無線接入系統産品和終端（PAS/iPAS無線市話）、寬頻綜合解決方案、基於MSTP的光傳輸系統、基於IP的mSwitch軟交換系統和第三代行動通訊系統。

　　UT斯達康立足中國，致力服務全球快速增長的通信市場。自1995年成立以來，UT斯達康在中國已累計投入30多億人民幣，在華成立了五個研發中心、二十多家分公司及辦事處，中國員工四千多人。同時在美洲、歐洲及日本、印度和東南亞地區建立了分支機構，以富有競爭力的産品和專業服務拓展全球市場。
