After the victory of the Resistance War Against Japanese, the Kiang Gai-shek ruling clique launched a civil war against people. The CPC led the Chinese people to overthrow the power of the Kiang Gai-shek. On October 1, 1949, the People’s Republic of China was announced to be formally founded in Beijing.
