Armenian President Serzh Sarkisyan, Congolese President Denis Sassou-Nguesso, President of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of DPRK Kim Yong Nam, French President Nicolas Sarkozy, Gabonese President Ali Bongo Ondimba, Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki, Malawian President Bingu Wa Mutharika, Malian President Amadou Toumany Toure, Malta President George Abela, Micronesian President Emanuel Mori, Mongolian President Tsakhia Elbegdorj, Palestinian President and Palestinian National Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, Republic of Korea President Lee Myung-bak, Seychelles President James Alix Michel, Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov.
