A private traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) museum opened in Beijing recently, featuring more than 2,000 cultural relics related to the practice, reports Beijing Evening News.
Items on display include specimens of traditional Chinese medicines, medical equipment, prescriptions and clinic advertisements, as well as old books, magazines and newspapers.
The museum was launched by the Yurentang family who are well-known for their long involvement in traditional Chinese medicine. All the items exhibited were collected and contributed by members of the family.
